How to get started:

Contact the practice by phone or email and someone will get back to you within 48 hours during business days. If both you and the therapist agree that the practice appears to be a good fit for you, you will be emailed consent and intake forms that can easily be filled out online before your first session.  Paperwork is almost never enjoyable but this information will really help both you and the therapist make the most of the first session.

If you are not comfortable signing the consent until you meet in person, that's okay too.

  • Prolonged exposure(PE)   
  • Interpersonal psychotherapy(IPT)   
  • Motivational interviewing(MI)   
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia(CBT-I) 
  • Dialectic behaviour therapy(DBT) (a full DBT format is not available)
  •  ADHD coaching is easily integrated into therapy as it fits well into the CBT and ACT umbrellas.
